Identity of vendor
Sales of products from the online catalogue on the website www.bacoshop.it is by Bacò S.A.S. Di Chiara Vaccari & C., owner of the brand, a company registered and operating in Italy, at Corso Concordia 16, 20129 Milan (VAT and Tax Code: 07769500963).
Essential characteristics of the service
Acceptance of the customer’s order is confirmed by email and is subject to the availability of the product.
Using the service
Procedure for the selection of a product: a “CART” button is visible under every product on the page SHOP ONLINE that loads the selected product to the purchase form. To add a product to your cart you must choose the color or size (where required), then click on the “CART” button. This procedure must be repeated for each product you intend to purchase.
Purchase Process: clicking on the button “CART” begins the ordering process. The procedure consists of two phases. In step “1. Cart” the products in your basket, sizes and quantities are summarized. During this stage you can still remove a product from the basket or vary the quantity to be ordered. Please note: variation of the amount must be confirmed with the button “UPDATE CART” before proceeding to the next step, using the “SWITCH TO PAYMENT” button. In phase “2. Your data ” the customer’s data which are valid for payment are reproduced.
Conclusion of the contract: The purchase agreement is considered as concluded by the acceptance of the customer’s order by PayPal for Bacò S.A.S. Di Chiara Vaccari & C.. Acceptance is expressed by means of a confirmation message sent to the email address provided by the customer. The confirmation message will contain the date and time of the order and a ‘Customer Order Number’, to be used for any further communication with Bacò S.A.S. Di Chiara Vaccari & C.. The message will include all the data entered by the customer for their verification and any corrections required should be communicated immediately to the vendor. The customer, on concluding the purchase process online, should print or save an electronic copy of their order, the confirmation message and the general terms and conditions of sale in force at the time of the order. If requested, the invoice will be included with the order.
For whatever reason and / or cause the vendor reserves the right to revoke and / or cancel the order within 48 hours of payment and / or at least from the first acceptance of the order.
Prices and Currency
The price of the product published on the site relates to the individual article, expressed in euros as displayed, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 53 of the Consumer Code (Italy), the customer receives, upon acceptance of the order in accordance with art. 4) of these Conditions of Sale, written confirmation showing information about the products ordered, the amount paid, the price details of each product, as well as cancellation rights, times and procedure for return of goods, the geographical address of the premises of Bacò and information regarding support services and any existing commercial guarantees.
The prices published on the website, payments and the invoices of the orders are in euro.
The amount that will be charged to your Paypal account can vary due to currency fluctuations and bank charges.
Forms of payment
The following methods of payment are accepted by Bacò S.A.S. Di Chiara Vaccari & C .:
– Payment by PayPal: by choosing the payment method PayPal customers can pay directly through their PayPal account or by credit card.
The customer will be redirected to www.paypal.it to authorize PayPal to make the payment as requested by Bacò sas according to the procedure outlined and governed by PayPal and the terms and conditions of the contract agreed between the user and PayPal. Data entered on the website of PayPal will be processed directly by PayPal and will not be transmitted to or shared with Bacò sas. Bacò sas is therefore not able to identitfy or record details of the credit card linked to the PayPal account or the details of any other payment method associated with this account. Times related to crediting the payment method linked to this account depends solely on PayPal and the banking system. Once the order is placed to credit in favor of such an account, Bacò sas cannot be held liable for any delay or failure in crediting the user with the refund amount, claims in this regard by the user should be made directly to PayPal.
All Bacò products are part of a limited production. Delivery of the products chosen in the range of color / size available: 5 working days (excluding the month of August, national holidays and the Christmas period, considered as non-working periods).
If the customer requests a delivery outside Italy shipment times and costs will vary in accordance with the destination.

Delivery of the products to the address indicated by the customer is carried out only after the correct payment of the order submitted to Bacò.
In compliance with the provisions of art. 54 of the Consumer Code (Italy), Bacò s.a.s is committed to delivering the products ordered, according to the procedures outlined and agreed, no later than 10 days from the day on which the customer made the payment.
In the event that the recipient or other person authorized to receive the shipment is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a paper notice containing the details of the delivery attempt and the codes and contact information in order to organize with the courier an appointment for the next delivery.
If the courier does not receive alternative instructions from the client, two further delivery attempts will be made, if these are unsuccessful, the shipment will be placed in storage for five days, the costs being charged to the shipper.
Starting from the commissioning of storage as outlined above, Bacò will contact the customer using the contact details given at the time of registration, in order to ascertain and resolve the problems encountered.
In case of no response or the inability to agree upon a delivery by the end of the 5-day period mentioned above, the order will be canceled and the customer will be notified of this by e-mail. The customer will be refunded the amount paid net of all shipping charges, including the return of the goods to the seller as well as a penalty of 25% of the transacted price.
In the case where both of the following conditions occur:
1) should the delivery of the product /products to the customer not take place within 10 working days of the date of shipment, and the customer has been simultaneously informed of this occurrence by Bacò;
2) should the customer fail to trace the location where the aforementioned goods are held using the on-line computer system of the courier;
the customer would be, in this case, obliged to notify Bacò sas of the non-delivery of the product / products, via an email sent to email@example.com and Bacò would guarantee a new shipment of the lost product / products within 48 (forty eight) hours of this notification; if, following this communication, Bacò finds that these products are unavailable the order would be immediately canceled and the amount paid would be simultaneously refunded to the customer.
If the package was damaged during shipment but was accepted in any case, Bacò is not liable for damages subsequently claimed by the Customer, given that order collection was certified as being intact.
The data provided by the customer at the time of purchase will be used exclusively for correspondance necessary for the shipment of the product and the shipment.

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, the item, completely intact and unused, may be returned for size exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
Instructions for return of goods
- To request authorization to return goods, the customer must send a request to email@example.com
In the e-mail the customer must specify the codes of the items for return and the compensation requested: size exchange or refund. Upon receipt of the return request, Bacò will send the customer a written confirmation, containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N).
- The return must be made by the courier indicated in the email sent by Bacò. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the waybill, which must be filled out as indicated in the email of authorization received from Bacò. (The Courier will bring a waybill at the time of collection of the package).
The customer may choose from two types of compensation:
• Size exchange
It is possible to exchange only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. You can not exchange the article for a different item.
There is only one return of goods allowed and this is free for each item.
Refunds will be processed once receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item has been completed.
The amount will be returned to the original account used for purchase.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.
- The return shipment must take place within 10 days of receiving the order.
The items to be returned must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
Returns must be shipped within the same packaging used for shipping
In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that an error in shipment by Bacò occurs, the customer should follow the instructions for returns as outlined above.
Bacò s.a.s. reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns, shipped with couriers other than those indicated in the email with instructions for returns, or that do not comply with all the conditions outlined.
In such cases the goods will be returned only to the sender at the original shipment address.
